Frequently Asked Questions

Do you require personal income verification?

No — we underwrite the property and the exit strategy, not your W-2. Our loans are asset-based, which means strong deal economics matter more than personal income docs.

Can I close the loan in an LLC?

Yes. All loans must be closed in an LLC or other business entity. We can guide you through setting one up if you don't already have one.

Do you fund the renovation upfront or in draws?

Renovation funds are released in scheduled draws as work is completed and inspected. This protects both sides and keeps the project on track.

What if my credit isn't perfect?

Credit is one factor among many. Strong deal numbers, a clear exit strategy, and prior experience can offset a lower FICO score. Talk to us before assuming you won't qualify.
